Refund policy

General policy

Day Retreat registrations, including shuttle bookings, are normally non-refundable. Please make sure you can attend before booking.

Medical circumstances

We may approve a refund when a serious medical circumstance prevents you from attending. You will need to provide valid supporting evidence, such as a note or letter from a healthcare professional. Each request is reviewed individually, and providing evidence does not guarantee a refund.

Please share only the information reasonably needed to support your request and redact unrelated personal or medical details.

Approved refunds

If KCSoc approves your request, the refund will be returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled by Stripe and your bank or payment provider.

Event changes and your rights

If KCSoc cancels the retreat or makes a material change, we will explain the options available to affected attendees. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Requesting a refund

Contact the KCSoc committee as soon as possible through the contact details on the KCSoc website. Include the name and email address used for the booking, along with your supporting evidence.
